Peppermint ice cream steals the show

Well folks, it's official... I think chocolate and peppermint were meant to be together. The peppermint ice cream was a complete success and I now have a new favorite dessert combination. Yes, this rivals the chocolate lava cake with coconut ice cream from the French restaurant I went to with Gordon. It's a good thing there's room for lots of favorites on my list. Why limit yourself to just one?? If you are craving chocolate and peppermint, I highly recommend trying these two in tandem. Check 'em out:
